How does Dropcontact work in my CRM?

👉 When testing in your CRM, Dropcontact processes the records of your contacts (and leads for SalesForce) whose first names start with the letters A , B, C or D. And also the organizations (companies) attached.

For example: "Denis Cohen" from the company "Dropcontact" will be enriched. But "Maxime Pari" from the company "MyBizDev" will not be enriched because the first name of the contact does not start with A, B, C or D.

👉 During the test, Dropcontact does not perform duplicate detection and merging. This feature will be active upon subscription.

👉 Phone number enrichment from your contacts' email signatures is also available when you have an active subscription.

😎 SUPER easy, no technical skills required.

Dropcontact will automatically recognize the existing fields in your CRM but will also create the necessary additional fields (e.g. "civility", "website", etc.)

Just make sure you have administrator rights before running the test.

How do I start the test?

⚠️ Before running the test, we recommend that you notify all users of your CRM 😉

👉 Log in to the Dropcontact app, click on the "Integration CRM" section and choose the CRM offering with the little green button. Then, at the bottom of the page launch the test on the CRM of your choice 🤗

How long is the trial period?

The information update is active for 7 days. After 7 days, if you have not subscribed, the enrichments and fields created by Dropcontact are maintained 🎁

Is it possible to cancel or go back?

If there is a problem with the enrichment, or something is not working there must be a reason 😉 Contact support at support@dropcontact.io we are here for that 💚

At any time during the test, you can revert to the previous version of your CRM, by restoring the backup with the "Cancel Test" button.
